The Rich Dealers® Mardi Gras Mastermind Meeting was two weeks ago and our minds are still buzzing with all the hot tips J & T threw out. In case you missed it, here’s a quick recap of some the business-building strategies and resources you missed.

Events kicked off on Sunday afternoon with the A-TeamSM REBOOTcamp. Dealers, A-TeamSM leaders and A-TeamSM members all gathered with Jimmy Vee, Travis Miller and A-TeamSM Ambassador Shannon Everhart to learn and discuss topics like building and maintaining an effective culture, best script usage and new ways texting can be used to connect with customers.

Afterwards, everyone took the opportunity to connect with their fellow Rich Dealer® buddies at the Sunday night welcome Masquerade Ball. Where, in addition to building meaningful and beneficial friendships, your fellow members swapped dealership tips and tricks and discussed current industry trends. But the conversations didn’t stop there.

Similar ideas rolled over into Monday’s presentation, where Jim and Travis shared easy to implement steps to success, like how to diagnose problems with your website’s Google ranking and best methods for optimizing squeeze page leads. They also shed some light on the often complicated topic of digital marketing and how it connects to the sometimes overlooked topic of media. In addition, finding roadblocks in your dealership’s success was also among the many ideas shared during this presentation.

Everyone was invited to join in good food, good conversations and good times that night for dinner at Pat O’Briens. The New Orleans styled restaurant offered the perfect backdrop of charm, entertainment and warm Florida weather for dealers to get their questions answered and spend time building relationships with members of the Digital and ESP Teams.

On Tuesday Jim and Travis wrapped things up with a variety of engaging panels involving everything from running an effective A-TeamSM to effective methods for building a powerhouse leadership team. The A-TeamSM panel shared a variety of exciting new ideas these A-Team Leaders are using across the country to keep team energy and output up, like “power hours” and incentives.
